Are you dreaming of an extended road trip with your Tesla Roadster?

You and your Tesla Roadster on an extended road trip. What a perfect dream! Until that dream turns into a nightmare with you stranded on the road with no power.
But - don't worry - the electric car manufacturer Tesla is fixing that. Tesla is expanding the number and type of places where you could get a charge through its “Destination Charging” program where various hotels and other businesses are installing the charger stations. So - you can go places like the historic Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park; or the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole, Wyoming; or even the Holiday Inn in Owatonna, Minnesota and get a charge.
This is great. Although the Tesla Roadster can go almost 400 miles with one charge, you still need might need more juice if you are planning on an extended trip. And, a charge will only cost you $5 or so. After you have spent $100,000+ on a car, any savings is a plus!
So - this is a win-win. Tesla owners can drive the country, hotels and other businesses can attract the upper-income demographics, and the United States gets a cleaner environment.
Hopefully, this will pave the way to a future of all-electric cars for everyone!
